Illinois Special Ed: CPR - Due Process Hearings

As a parent of a child with special needs, you want the best for your child.  As a parent, you advocate to ensure that your child gets every opportunity at a beneficial educational experience as you can.  But when all your pleading, negotiating,  and patience have reached a head

Due Process hearings are a parent’s opportunity to have the answers that they deserve and that a school district has refused to give.   Like a law suit begins the litigation process towards a trial, a due process request is the first step in getting to a hearing.  If there is something  about your child’s educational needs that you feel aren’t being met, we will represent your child’s interests against a school district and their attorney.

If you have been struggling with a school district that either doesn’t listen to your or is just simply full of excuses, we can guide you through this complex process to make sure that your child’s rights are protected.
